• Salary range of $125,000 to $165,000 per year

• Manage and lead a team of Outreach Managers, ensuring performance goals are met or exceeded
• Measure and own KPIs across the team, providing monthly reports to leadership
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Attend and lead educational meetings and networking events to promote services

• 6-10+ years of business development experience, including 2-3+ years in sales leadership
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• Proven track record in developing and growing B2B customer accounts
• Experience managing and motivating a business development team
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ability in measuring and analyzing sales metrics/KPIs
• Experience advising and presenting to senior corporate personnel
• Native or bilingual English proficiency
