• Manage and document processes involved in third-party operations at the contact center to ensure effective program execution
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance consumer experience and contact center productivity
• Oversee CRM governance and strategy to maintain system integrity and alignment with business objectives
• Lead the development of performance dashboards and data integrity reports using analytics tools
• Ensure consistency in corporate messaging across all consumer touchpoints while driving continuous improvement

• 6+ years of experience in CRM administration with governance leadership in the CPG/food manufacturing sector
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in program management, including process development and continuous improvement
• Strong technical writing skills for process and standards development
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

• Educational background in operations and/or quality management
• Experience with digital asset management tools
• Assertive and collaborative communication style with strong influence
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
