What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead a team of Solutions Consultants in support of sales pursuits across vertical market groups in the US and Canada
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and resource management of the team, including project and account assignments
  • Manage all aspects of people management, including recruiting, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Advise Solutions Consultants and sales teams on pursuit strategy and maintain oversight on key opportunities
  • Monitor team performance against key metrics, including sales performance and capacity planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong people-centric mindset with prior management experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Consulting within the SaaS industry
  • Prior knowledge or experience with software products related to the nonprofit sector strongly preferred
  • Highly effective listening and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working with Blackbaud products
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
