• Collaborate with Project Managers globally to support the launch of display fixtures
• Manage operational processes and execution for fixture launches, including coordination with internal stakeholders
• Document and drive workflows across teams and platforms
• Support regional scrum calls and handle follow-up on issues and actions
• Build relationships with the client’s worldwide team and implement action plans

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of industry and agency experience
• Proven success in client service and client relations
• Experience in store operations and visual merchandising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience working with a fixture company, space planning, or installation company
• Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented management style
• Proven ability to lead organizations and teams
• Excellent project management and operations skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
