• Oversee and approve task planning, resource requirements, and effort estimates for various projects
• Manage project data integration and track financials, safety standards, and quality levels
• Lead large functional teams through execution steps of process roadmaps and project implications
• Interface with business unit Project Controller for budgetary planning and control
• Develop fiscal Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Strategic Plans (STRAP) for multiple teams

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a healthcare‑related field, sciences, or business
• Minimum of seven years of Program Management experience, including five years managing U.S. Government contracts
• Five years of experience managing subcontractors
• Must be medically fit, able to lift 50 lbs, and willing to travel both domestically and internationally
• Current and valid PMP certification or degree from an accredited institution

• U.S. Clearance SECRET or above
• Experience with Cost Point and Maximo software
• Familiarity with working with the Department of State
• Certifications or experience in safety, Six Sigma, or quality assurance
