• Produce and disseminate strategic communications that highlight Transformation progress and updates
• Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Performance Officer and Workstream Leads to elevate Workstream performance
• Lead the coordination of transformation initiatives to ensure seamless delivery and maximum impact

• Proven experience as a high-performing manager with a strong technical or business background
• Experience in a Transformation-focused role with a focus on project delivery and execution
• Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate complex groups for positive outcomes
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, process-driven approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Background in coaching and developing talent within a team setting
