• Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role within a large organization
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large sales budgets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Pharmaceutical distribution experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in implementing strategies and effectively resolving issues
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform business decisions
• Innovative approach to sales and business solutions
• Sense of ownership and accountability for achieving sales results
