The Manager of School Partnerships and Sales Outreach is a dynamic and entrepreneurial sales leader responsible for developing and growing high school partnerships and study abroad participation in a designated territory. You will generate excitement and buy‑in for CIEE High School Study Abroad programs in your sales territory with varied constituents, i.e. schools, students, parents, alumni, program leaders, and district heads.
This role manages direct reports, guiding them to optimize the student application pipeline and meet ambitious student enrollment goals. The ideal candidate will be a master of networking and relationship‑building, possess a strong ownership mentality, and excel at fostering a high‑performance culture that turns sales strategies into life‑changing experiences for high school students.
- Territory Ownership & Strategy
:
Act as the general manager of a dedicated sales territory. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed student enrollment goals. - Relationship Management
:
Cultivate and expand relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including principals, teachers, counselors, and alumni, to establish CIEE as the premier partner for global education. - New Business Development
:
Actively prospect and conduct high‑volume outreach to new schools to build a sustainable pipeline. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive you to identify and create new partnerships that integrate study abroad into the school’s mission. - Sales & Team Leadership
:
Lead, manage, and mentor direct reports (Enrollment Coordinators) to oversee the student sales process, from lead generation to student travel. Maximize conversions through close communication and teamwork. - Presentations & Events
:
Deliver engaging presentations to students, parents, and administrators, both virtually and in‑person. Travel extensively within your region during the September‑February selling season to represent CIEE at conferences and in schools. - Sales Process &…
