Senior Project Manager, Client Services

• Respond to client requests and consult on the scope, execution, and delivery of eDiscovery solutions
• Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices
• Create work orders for tasks related to data processing, review, and production
• Communicate project expectations and deadlines to stakeholders
• Manage internal and external project communications effectively

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or JD preferred) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of work experience, including 4 years of e‑Discovery project management experience
• Required experience with Relativity software
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Proven project management skills to oversee client relationships and project execution

• Experience in a law department, law firm, or legal consulting firm
• Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of internal tools and workflows
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
• Strong problem‑solving skills to manage conflicts and propose solutions
