• Lead and develop a high‑performing sales team for the Independent Broker Dealer Channel
• Monitor and assess the performance and growth of individual sales team members
• Negotiate operational support, training resources, and visibility to drive new business
• Provide strategic direction on sales goals and objectives for assigned teams
• Coordinate internal resources for joint meetings and events

• 10+ years of experience in an external wholesale role directly aligned with the responsibilities of this position
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills
• State insurance license and Registered Principal license required
• 6, 63, 26, Life and Health licenses required within the first 6 months
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

• Experience in the annuities sector
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
