Position: Operations Manager (Onsite - Washington, DC)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage day‑to‑day business operations for roadside assistance, overseeing a team of up to 50 FTE
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, providing performance updates and conducting business reviews
  • Ensure KPIs are consistently met while fostering employee retention and performance management
  • Collaborate with team leaders to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate with the Learning Experience Team to enhance the development of the Roadside Assistance Team
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing supervisors with established KPIs
  • At least 1 year of client management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to scale operations and drive performance management
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or management is a plus
  • Experience in strategic planning and process improvement
  • Knowledge of risk management and stakeholder management
