• Manage the successful delivery of LTSS and Dual Eligible programs
• Ensure compliance with LTSS requirements and track program KPIs
• Drive cross-functional communication and collaboration among stakeholders
• Oversee program scope, schedule, and change impacts, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Produce detailed reports and maintain ongoing communications with senior management and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience managing projects with budgets of up to $10M+

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Deep understanding of project management processes and development lifecycle, ideally Agile
• Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry, specifically with Medicaid and Medicare
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
• Proven ability to lead a large project team effectively
