Sales Service Technician

• Provide onsite service and support to steel mill customers, ensuring equipment and products are operational
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and conduct trials on equipment
• Evaluate, track, and record inventory levels at customer sites
• Build poles and conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment in the field
• Respond to customer emergencies during off hours or weekends as needed

• Minimum of an associate degree in electronics, electrical, industrial maintenance, instrumentation, or a related industrial field
• Previous experience in steel mills, iron foundries, or heavy industrial environments
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, along with pneumatics experience
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically 75-100% of the time
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

• Experience working in molten metals processing facilities
• Familiarity with safety policies and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work in varying industrial environments, including hot and cold conditions
