• Assist attorneys with reviewing and drafting a variety of contracts
• Manage, process, and track contracts throughout the entire lifecycle, from negotiation to renewal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the contract review process
• Develop, monitor, and present contracts-related metrics and reports
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and attorneys to ensure exceptional customer service

• 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or project manager
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem resolution skills
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and work independently

• Experience with contracts management software and Docu Sign
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with compliance and corporate policies
