ETS Assistant General Counsel, Contracts

• Negotiate and draft a variety of contracts, including agreements with corporate clients, vendors, and consultants
• Manage and optimize the contract review process to protect the employer's interests while ensuring efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the contract review process
• Assist with litigation and administrative proceedings involving contracts and commercial disputes
• Provide legal and compliance training to in-house clients

• Bar admission in one or more of the following jurisdictions:
  Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, or Minnesota
• Minimum of three years of experience in the practice of law
• Bachelor's degree and JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to apply independent judgment in a dynamic environment

• Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
• Familiarity with contract management software
• Experience with SaaS contracts
• Prior experience in higher education
