• Review and ensure compliance with education laws and regulations applicable to managed public schools
• Anticipate and identify legal and business issues, providing counsel to school administration
• Draft and negotiate various contracts, including management and vendor agreements
• Engage and manage outside legal counsel for specialized legal issues
• Advise internal teams on legal matters related to the company s products

• Juris Doctor degree
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in education, corporate, and contract law
• Active State Bar License
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience in administrative or securities law
• Proven leadership and negotiating abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web applications
• Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
