• Negotiate and draft a variety of contracts with corporate clients, vendors, and consultants
• Manage and optimize the contract review process to protect the company’s interests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the contract review process
• Assist with litigation and administrative proceedings involving contracts and commercial disputes
• Provide legal and compliance training to in-house clients

• At least three years of experience in the practice of law
• Bar admission in one or more jurisdictions:
  Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, or Minnesota
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must be able to travel 10% of the time

• Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
• Familiarity with contract management software
• Experience with SaaS contracts
• Higher education experience
