- Experience advising on privacy and/or data security matters, including familiarity with applicable privacy laws
- Combination of in-house and private practice experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a legal team and with internal stakeholders
- Experience working with and advising global capability centers
- Experience in corporate governance or commercial real estate
- CIPP/US certification
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated history of driving business success in a legally defensible manner
