• Troubleshoot equipment issues via telephone/video to minimize customer downtime and reduce service expenses
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools
• Document customer support issues and maintain records in CRM systems
• Assist in the development of technical and training documentation
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on beverage dispensing equipment

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 3+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Knowledge of equipment installation requirements and dispensing equipment principles
• Proficient in customer communication software and capable of navigating multiple systems
• Basic understanding of heating, refrigeration, and electrical principles

• Experience with Freestyle platforms and National Food Service customers, such as McDonald's and Burger King
• Bilingual candidates speaking French and Spanish are encouraged to apply
