• Negotiate, review, and finalize vendor agreements, contracts, and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability while maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Maintain accurate, auditable records of all sourcing activities, contracts, and vendor performance data

• Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
• Strong understanding of compliance and documentation practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Experience in engineering or manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles
• Previous experience in a similar role or capacity
• Knowledge of relevant legal and organizational policies regarding contracts and agreements
