• Manage the realization of customer requirements in Global Delivery engagements
• Oversee all project phases, including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and rollout
• Ensure customer success and satisfaction for S/4
  
  HANA or ECC customers
• Establish and manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable qualifications
• Minimum of 10+ years of SAP professional experience with demonstrated expertise
• Strong customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required

• Certification in SAP Solutions/Areas is a plus
• Project management experience with large and medium-sized enterprises
• Ability to adapt and manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
