Position: Manager, Sales and Distribution & Global Trade (Puerto Rico)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead digital technology initiatives supporting Sales, Distribution, Customer Service, and Global Trade functions
  • Manage day-to-day application support for Sales & Distribution and Global Trade systems
  • Drive improvements across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Act as the primary point of contact for system-related initiatives, facilitating communication with stakeholders
  • Support full lifecycle SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, and configuration
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in enterprise systems, digital technology, or IT business systems roles
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4

    HANA, including participation in at least one full lifecycle implementation
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience supporting complex pricing structures, rebates, contracts, and intercompany sales
  • Familiarity with cross-functional, matrixed, and global environments
  • Previous experience in supporting Sales & Distribution and/or Global Trade functions
