• Sustain and grow relationships with a defined portfolio of clients, providing strategic advice on technology and business outcomes
• Collaborate with Expert Partners and Managing Partners to deliver tailored solutions to client challenges
• Lead projects while managing multiple client priorities and ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Inspire and motivate teams, fostering a high-performance culture that leverages technology effectively
• Adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to address pressing business challenges for clients

• Experience in a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery and sales capacity
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving technology-related priorities for commercial or government entities
• Experience working with state and local government clients
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously and be hands‑on when necessary
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and problem‑solving skills

• Prior experience in a solution/technical architect or analyst role
• MBA or other advanced degree
• Comfort in selling and building trust with senior executives
• Record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Embracing feedback and best practices for continuous improvement
