• Provide techno-functional consulting for Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
• Analyze, design, and implement cross-platform features and integrated systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders up to C-level to resolve complex issues
• Lead workshops and assess technical and functional requirements
• Act as a bridge between clients and development teams

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Core Clouds
• Strong enthusiasm for Salesforce CRM and digital transformation
• Fluent in business German and English with excellent communication skills
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, legacy systems, etc.)

• Relevant industry experience in Travel & Logistics, Manufacturing, or Retail & Consumer Goods
• In‑depth knowledge of configuration and automation capabilities across Core Clouds
