Corporate Vice President, Purchase - Insights & Analytics

• Serve as the primary owner of Purchase Experience (PX) OKRs and core operational performance metrics
• Develop and deliver recurring monthly PX performance materials for senior leadership forums
• Partner closely with Underwriting, Operations, and Product leaders to ensure performance measurement reflects operational reality
• Own and maintain dashboards supporting PX OKRs and performance metrics
• Conduct targeted ad-hoc analyses that inform executive decisions while maintaining disciplined ownership of core reporting priorities

• Demonstrated experience owning executive-facing reporting materials
• Experience translating ambiguous or qualitative objectives into structured, quantitative measurement frameworks
• SQL proficiency with the ability to independently source, validate, and manipulate operational datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining accountability and quality

• Experience operating in operational, underwriting, or process-driven environments
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau
• Executive presence and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• High judgment and comfort operating with independence in a visible, leadership-facing role
