Technical Product Manager, Service Delivery

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for Service Delivery technology
• Drive the overall architectural design of systems, ensuring long-term scalability, security, and performance
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, including data models and user interfaces
• Oversee product releases, ensuring smooth deployments and effective communication to stakeholders
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to define use cases and gather insights

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in product management, focusing on technical or infrastructure products
• Strong software engineering background, with at least 5 years in a production software team
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex system architectures
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Multiple years with a company providing infrastructure-based products, such as IaaS, PaaS, or CSPs
• Experience with user-centered design principles
• Adjacent experience in physical construction, such as telecom or utility sectors
