What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead efforts to improve support for healthcare software applications and act as a subject matter expert for the customer support team
  • Collaborate with the Product team to identify enhancements that improve operational support
  • Transition product releases to the Customer Support Team, providing training and creating knowledge articles
  • Conduct investigations into impactful incidents to prevent recurrence and optimize support processes
  • Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution using advanced technical skills
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, I.T., or related field (preferred, not required)
  • Minimum of one year of experience providing technical support on software applications, including Root Cause Analysis and Data Analysis
  • Experience with process modeling tools such as MS Visio and data analysis tools like Tableau
  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS support or the healthcare industry (preferred, not required)
  • 5 years of experience in Customer Support, Helpdesk, Product Support, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Service Management tools such as Salesforce and Jira
  • Proficiency in programming languages including SQL, HTML, and XML
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
