Sr. Non-Technical Program Manager

• Manage a large portfolio of programs and work streams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigations
• Coordinate meetings, drive follow-ups, and ensure accountability across 20+ active work streams
• Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations with clear visual storytelling for senior leadership reviews
• Analyze resource needs, market dynamics, and business requirements to guide program direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project specifications and operational procedures

• 8–10 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in a complex technical or service-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-workstream portfolios and provide structured program governance and reporting
• Strong experience in creating executive-level presentations and visual storytelling (PowerPoint required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in common productivity and project management tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio)

• Prior experience in customer support organizations or partner-facing support environments
• Experience managing program portfolios for large enterprise environments or global operations
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to communicate with senior leaders
• PMP, PMI, or similar project management certification
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; advanced degree a plus
