• Coordinate skills validation and governance cycles, ensuring data quality and accuracy across systems
• Create enablement materials such as reference guides, FAQs, and presentation decks to communicate complex concepts
• Support leadership reporting needs by contributing to dashboards and data visualizations
• Manage logistics and communications for the Enterprise Learning Community, tracking data for continuous improvement
• Drive change management and communication efforts related to new tools and processes

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, quality improvement, program management, or project management
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus
• Strong project and program coordination skills
• Proficiency in learning and development programs

• Experience working with workforce and people data
• Background in enablement and communication design
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear visual storytelling
