• Ensure system operation, perform error analysis, and execute system updates for customer systems
• Manage basic projects including release upgrades for ABAP and Java
• Oversee technology planning for SAP HANA and handle HANA migration
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in troubleshooting and performance services for customers
• Assist in presales activities for new customers in platform services

• Business fluent in German (C1) and fluent in English (B2)
• Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends
• Experience in the setup and operation of SAP systems, including upgrades and patches for ABAP and Java systems
• Hands-on experience with SAP Rise and SAP BTP
• Completed university studies in business informatics/computer science or comparable qualifications, along with several years of relevant professional experience

• Sound knowledge of at least two common SAP databases, such as HANA, Oracle, DB2, etc.
