Senior Associate - SOC Analyst

• Monitor various security channels for potential security events and upscale incidents as necessary
• Log and maintain detailed case notes for all investigations in the case management system
• Identify false positives and improve detection accuracy under supervision
• Mentor, support, and train junior team members in security operations
• Engage in ongoing learning to develop technical skills and knowledge of cybersecurity threats and defense strategies

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a SOC Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR, and Phishing Protection/Email Security
• Solid understanding of common networking protocols and infrastructure devices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with runtime security monitoring on modern, containerized workloads (Kubernetes, EKS, etc.)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity incident analysis and response frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, etc.)
• Preferred certifications include:
  Security+, Network+, CCNA, AWS Security - Specialty, CCSP, GCLD, GCFR, GCTD or similar
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts such as LLM, Agents, Models
