• Define, execute, and optimize the architecture and roadmap for internal AI infrastructure
• Own and evolve open‑source AI platforms and customer solutions within Iris AI
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless AI solutions for internal and external customers
• Engage business leaders and tech teams to align on new AI‑powered capabilities
• Ensure products meet compliance, governance, and security standards throughout their lifecycle

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM)
• Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts and technical tradeoffs
• Proven ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical capabilities as business value

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience working with PAM/IGA governance initiatives
• Engagement with open‑source or technical user communities
