Senior Staff Engineer, CRM-Salesforce; Consumer Goods cloud, TPM & TPO

• Lead architecture design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) implementations, ensuring scalability and performance
• Define and oversee solution strategy for trade promotion management (TPM) and trade promotion optimization (TPO)
• Architect integrations between CGC and external systems, including ERP and analytics platforms
• Develop data models, workflows, and governance frameworks supporting TPM/TPO processes
• Advise clients on best practices for promotion planning, budgeting, and settlements within CGC

• Minimum of 10 years of total IT experience, including significant expertise as a Salesforce Architect
• Proven experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) with specialization in TPM and TPO
• Strong understanding of Consumer Goods/CPG industry processes, including trade promotions and retail execution
• Hands‑on experience with Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM for trade promotion insights
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and Integration Patterns
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft D365 for settlements and financials
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams
• Ability to conduct POCs to ensure that suggested designs meet client requirements
