• Ensure successful implementation of Workday's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Contract Intelligence (CI) solutions
• Provide expert consultation to clients on configuring and testing Workday solutions to meet business needs
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to support customer adoption of AI technologies
• Conduct process maturity and value assessments for clients
• Lead efforts in building and delivering AI-powered solutions that drive customer value

• Minimum of 5 years of functional experience in SaaS-based AI CLM and Contract Intelligence
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• Proven experience implementing CLM solutions such as iCertis, Docu Sign CLM, and similar applications
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, or Government
• Ability to execute process maturity and value assessments

• Experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Spend, Revenue, HCM, and Planning system deployment
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, or Ultimate Software applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in AI and contract management
