- Analyze data to inform decisions on Voice AI outcomes, including containment and resolution quality
- Ensure Voice AI operates within defined safety and compliance boundaries
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex products
- Experience with Voice AI, IVR, conversational AI, or contact center products
- Proven ability to define and drive product strategy across multiple user types
- Strong track record partnering with engineering, design, data, and operations teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or insurance
- Exposure to telephony platforms, call routing, or speech-to-text systems
- Experience in environments with escalation from automated to human support
- Background in building products where accuracy and reliability are critical
