- Conduct analysis of current processes to identify improvement opportunities in IT service delivery

- 15+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for 5 years)
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on IT systems
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in an Agile development environment
- Demonstrable experience with Service Now, particularly ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules
- Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
- Certifications such as CBAP, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe certifications
- Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator)
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience with enterprise architecture concepts
- Prior experience in government contracting
