• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service
• Write and review high-quality code while enforcing coding standards and governance frameworks
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Flows
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Minimum of 8 years of total experience in Salesforce implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service
• Proven experience leading Salesforce technical teams in enterprise-scale programs
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce configuration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture

• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar CI/CD platforms
• Experience with middleware-based integrations using tools such as Mule Soft
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery environments
