• Assist in prioritizing projects and auditing alignment with overall technical or business strategy
• Manage Agile/Lean portfolios and support investment funding and portfolio operations
• Develop and monitor reporting metrics and dashboards for project success
• Identify dependencies and critical paths while aiding stakeholders in managing them
• Analyze project risk profiles and contribute to capacity planning for resource needs

• Bachelor's degree and 2 – 4 years of related experience
• Experience with tools like Service Now, Excel, and PowerBI
• Knowledge of IT hardware/software assets and applications
• Ability to work independently and identify basic problems
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

• Experience with data analysis
• Certified Workforce Planning Professional preferred
• Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) preferred
