Service Desk Specialist III

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop and computer systems
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain ticketing systems for issue resolution
• Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate deliveries and pickups for users
• Provide routine support for corporate network access and applications
• Sign off on closed tickets and ensure follow-up with end users

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) and 5 to 8 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills

• Experience with software application use and installation
• Ability to resolve technical issues under pressure
• Familiarity with industry-standard troubleshooting techniques
• Networking skills with senior personnel in the field
