- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple IT application teams within the organization
- Support and enhance reporting processes across the IT application portfolio, delivering accurate metrics and status updates
- Manage and optimize the backlog for non-project related work, ensuring operational requests are efficiently addressed
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating issues as necessary
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement practices tailored to clinical technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in Agile delivery roles, with experience in IT reporting and supporting clinical technology environments
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in JIRA and Agile reporting tools
- Experience in intake management and supporting research-oriented technology environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in driving process improvements within Agile practices
