What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Write and review high-quality code for Salesforce implementations
  • Facilitate business process discovery sessions to identify client requirements
  • Configure Salesforce features such as Flows, Approval Processes, and automation
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants on best practices for Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Assist with change management, end-user training, and documentation for Salesforce solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 9 years of total experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Lightning development, Apex, LWC, and Flows
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead junior team members
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service and Experience/Community Cloud
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops tools like Copado, Gearset, or similar for deployment and release management
  • Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud, Platform Developer, or Administrator
  • Operational or analytical background in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service domains
