• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration pipelines for an AWS-based data lake
• Implement and optimize batch and streaming data pipelines using modern AWS services
• Ensure data is structured to support analytical and AI use cases
• Collaborate with platform owners and subject matter experts to understand data semantics and business rules
• Partner with data scientists to provide high-quality data sets for modeling and insights

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 8+ years of experience in data integration, modeling, and transformation
• Strong experience with AWS data and integration services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in ETL/ELT development
• In-depth understanding of building data models for AI and advanced analytics

• Experience collaborating in an agile or product-oriented environment
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non-technical partners
• Demonstrated ownership mindset focused on reliability and continuous improvement
