Consultant, Technical Account Manager

• Support customers in disconnected environments as a subject matter expert on Dell Technologies data center products
• Maintain a deep technical understanding of the Dell Technologies portfolio, including storage, compute, and networking
• Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external customers to foster trust and collaboration
• Assist sales teams with the design and implementation of complex system requirements
• Drive proactive technical activities to ensure customer satisfaction and service reliability

• Must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance
• In‑depth troubleshooting knowledge of Dell Power Edge servers, particularly Power Edge XE servers
• Strong experience in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu) and familiarity with diagnostic utilities
• Proven customer‑facing experience with effective escalation management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in high‑pressure environments with vendors and engineering teams

• 12+ years of technical support experience with relevant industry certifications such as A+, Security+, MCITP/MCSE, VCP, RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA
• CI or FS polygraph certification
