What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Guide senior leaders and cross-functional teams in adopting agile principles and fostering a culture of collaboration
  • Ensure agile transformation aligns with business goals and scales across teams
  • Support product teams in selecting and evolving agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote constructive solutions among team leaders
  • Design agile training programs and enhance communication between business and technology stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 2–3 successful agile transformation projects in multinational companies
  • Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of agile frameworks including SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS Huge
  • Strong background in organizational change and agile design
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor teams and leaders at all levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Fluency in German language skills
  • Extensive experience in traditional project management methodologies
  • Experience in designing training programs for agile practices
