• Lead and deliver healthcare IT solution components, collaborating with technical architects to translate functional requirements into technical designs
• Facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, and present solutions to stakeholders as a client‑facing consultant
• Support integration and interoperability initiatives utilizing healthcare standards like HL7 and FHIR
• Perform data analysis and validation, including writing SQL queries and creating visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure timely and high‑quality project execution

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare IT consulting or solution delivery
• Proven ability to manage healthcare IT projects and deliver end‑to‑end solutions
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD) and hands‑on experience in health data mapping and integration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client‑facing roles
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred

• Prior experience working with provincial or federal health IT programs or through a consulting firm
• Certifications such as HL7, FHIR, or related HIT credentials
• Experience in proposal writing and supporting business development efforts
• Familiarity with EHR/HIS systems like Epic, Cerner, or MEDITECH
• Strong SQL and data visualization expertise using Power BI or Tableau
