• Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements to ensure high-quality code and stable systems
• Perform large-scale experimentation and build data-driven models to extract insights from various data sources
• Research and implement advanced machine learning techniques to enhance data analysis efficiency
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and test hypotheses
• Design and execute data analyses with a high standard of rigor and scientific accuracy

• At least six years of relevant project experience in data science, including statistical analysis and data visualization
• Proven experience in conducting statistical analysis and building models using advanced scripting languages
• Experience leading projects that apply machine learning and data science to business functions
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field
• Specialization in machine learning or artificial intelligence is preferred

• Experience in specialized ML techniques such as text analytics, image recognition, or deep learning
• Fluency in multiple programming languages and statistical analysis tools, including Python, R, and SQL
• Familiarity with distributed data/computing tools such as Hadoop or Kafka
• Strong understanding of AI and its applications in business problem-solving
• Superior presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex projects to non-technical stakeholders
