• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with large databases and data management
• Working knowledge of SQL/query languages
• Experience with healthcare analytics preferred
• Knowledge of statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques

• Familiarity with programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
• Experience in clinical audits and process automation
• Knowledge of modern business intelligence and visualization tools
