• Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot complex user issues related to software systems
• Create and track IT tickets to ensure system security and compliance
• Conduct training sessions on healthcare organization workflow processes and system functionalities
• Collaborate with various teams to implement software changes and support client onboarding
• Manage project status meetings and ensure progress aligns with expectations

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with pharmacy support systems, focusing on data integrity and security
• Knowledge of information technology, pharmacy care, or medical coordination
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to address complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in MS applications:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

• Experience in managing APIs and integrating pharmacy systems
• Familiarity with server, network, and computer hardware concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively
