What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management and Employee Center Pro
  • Develop, configure, and customize HRSD using Service Now best practices
  • Design and implement integrations between Service Now HRSD and external systems using Integration Hub and APIs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure platform stability and performance
  • Drive adoption, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing with HRSD business owners and junior developers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent related work/military experience
  • 7+ years of hands‑on Service Now development and configuration experience
  • 4+ years of dedicated experience supporting Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Service Now Glide scripting
  • Proven ability to manage platform upgrades and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS‑HRSD)
  • Experience with Service Now GenAI features and dynamic translations
  • Experience supporting global, multi‑country environments with GDPR and data privacy considerations
