- Develop and implement innovative learning strategies tailored to diverse learning styles
- Create high-impact learning content across various formats, including instructor-led and eLearning courses
- Serve as a subject matter expert during training sessions, translating complex ITAM concepts into user-friendly content
- Design and execute evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and business impact of training programs
- 10+ years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree may substitute for 5 years of experience
- Current Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain it
- Proven track record of leading training initiatives from concept to implementation
- Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Expert-level proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and platforms such as Service Now®
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management concepts
- Certifications in Instructional Design, Project Management, or IT
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Background in U.S. Air Force or Space Force IT asset management processes
